Q: Is it safe for pets and children?
A: Absolutely. Our ingredients are non-toxic and biodegradable. You can clean surfaces, toys, and pet areas without worry of harmful residues. As with any product, we recommend storing it out of reach of children and consulting a vet for specific pet sensitivities.

Free Shipping & International Delivery Policy
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous United States.
For international orders, we ship via reliable standard carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are not included in the shipping charge or product price. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the international carrier. For current estimated delivery times and shipping rates, please proceed to checkout.
Free Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your Branch Basics purchase, you may return new and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email our customer care team at support@branchbasics-care.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
