Free Shipping & International Delivery Policy

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $60 shipped within the contiguous United States.

We are proud to ship our liquid readiness worldwide. International orders are processed and shipped via standard international carriers. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please Note: The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. FrogFuel cannot be held responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed to the international carrier.

Free Returns Policy

We stand by the quality and performance of FrogFuel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened boxes/pouches in their original, resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund.

How to Return:

1. Contact our team at hello@frogfuel-support.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Securely package the unopened items and include the RMA number inside the package.

3. Ship your return to the address we provide. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
